Our commitment

Wines that reflect the people who make them

Every bottle we sell has been tasted, every estate has been visited. Here's how we choose.

Independent growers

We only work with family-run estates, on a human scale, where the grower makes every decision — from pruning to bottling. No anonymous cooperatives, no industrial brands. We visit every estate at least once a year, walk the plots, discuss vinification choices. This direct relationship guarantees the quality and traceability of every bottle.

Organic & biodynamic

Over 80% of our selection is certified organic or biodynamic. For us, that's a baseline, not a marketing angle. Living soil, free of chemical inputs, produces more expressive grapes and more vibrant wines. We also favour gentle winemaking — native yeasts, little to no added sulphur, no superfluous oenological inputs. Wine is made in the vineyard, not the cellar.

Rigorous selection

We taste between 800 and 1,000 wines a year to keep around 200. Every cuvée is tasted blind by at least two members of the team, and we only keep wines that genuinely move us. No compromise on balance, length, or expression of terroir. If a wine doesn't speak to us, it doesn't make it into our cellar — period.

Living wines

We love wines that shift, that evolve in the glass, that tell a story. Terroir wines, not technical wines. We champion an artisanal vision of wine, far from standardised profiles. Every bottle has a story — the vintage, the weather, the grower's choices. And we take the time to tell it when you visit.
