Why we started.
Claire founded Cannes Conciergerie in 2016 after fifteen years in luxury hospitality. She'd seen too many owners left to themselves, too many under-performing properties, too many disappointed guests. The idea was simple: bring the same level of rigour to short-let rentals as to palace hotels. Ten years on, we manage 140 properties and our booking book fills mostly by word of mouth.

Claire Mercier
Founder & Director
After fifteen years in luxury hospitality in Paris, Geneva and Monaco, Claire founded Cannes Conciergerie in 2016. Born in Cannes, she knows every street, every beach and every good restaurant in the region. She personally oversees every new property that enters the portfolio.
Thomas Renaud
Operations Manager
Thomas joined the team in 2018 after heading maintenance at a Cannes palace hotel for ten years. Nothing escapes him: plumbing, electrics, home automation, pools — he knows every peculiarity of the fine properties on the Coast.
Sophie Laurent
Owner Relations Manager
Sophie is every owner's first point of contact. A graduate in wealth management, she speaks fluent English, Italian and French. She prepares monthly reports, optimises revenue and answers your questions before you even ask them.
Karim Benali
Head Concierge
Karim was born and raised in Le Suquet. A former maître d'hôtel in Michelin-starred restaurants in the region, his address book is the envy of many. He welcomes your guests, organises their transfers and makes sure every stay is memorable.
