Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 11am. We adapt whenever possible — just let us know 48 hours in advance.
During your stay.
Problem, question, request? Karim and the concierge team are available 24/7 by phone and WhatsApp. An emergency number is provided on arrival.

Non-smoking, no pets without prior agreement, no parties or events. Basic consumables are provided, linen is changed every 3 days for stays of a week or more.
Coffee and 20 minutes. That's all we need.
