The Chef
Laurent Dubois
Born in Lyon — the gastronomic heart of France — Laurent Dubois began his culinary journey at age sixteen in the kitchens of Paul Bocuse. After rising through the ranks at three-Michelin-starred establishments across France, he spent five years as sous-chef at Le Louis XV in Monaco under Alain Ducasse.
In 2012, Laurent brought his vision to Cannes: a restaurant where classical French technique meets the sun-drenched flavors of the Mediterranean. His menu is a love letter to Provence — every ingredient tells a story, every plate reflects a lifetime of craft.

Our Philosophy
Rooted in Provence
We believe great cooking begins long before the kitchen. It starts in the soil of Provençal farms, in the waters of the Mediterranean, and in the relationships we've built with the artisans who supply us.
Seasonality
Our menus evolve with the Provençal seasons — asparagus in spring, tomatoes in summer, truffles in autumn.

The Space
An Elegant Setting
Our dining room was designed to feel both grand and intimate — soaring ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and warm wood tones create an atmosphere of understated luxury. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook a private garden terrace, where guests dine al fresco during the warmer months.
The private salon accommodates up to 24 guests for bespoke events — from milestone celebrations to corporate dinners. Every detail, from the hand-painted wallpaper to the custom tableware, was sourced from French ateliers.
